The City Council is in charge of everything and everyone. This is a hard task especially since they are only kids.

In the future, you don't need to start every paragraph with that same sentence structure. It's basically a waste of a sentence. It just takes up space and isn't necessary. Otherwise, these are great ideas to point out! :)
